I'm Charlotte Mabry. Welcome to Chattanooga! Let me introduce you to our team and tell you why we love what we do and why our customers are happy with the work we do for them.One of the reasons is that we know our city. Most of our team was born and raised here. We know every inch of most communities and we have seen a new generation of customers grow up here and plan families! We know our properties and the market value of each Chattanooga area. We hold professional designations so we know alot about what we do. Finally, we have families of our own. We have also moved and relocated at times so we know the importance of a new beginning for a lifetime of memories.
Charlotte's Biography:
Charlotte serves our team by being the liaison to our sellers and by giving direction to our team business plan. After more than 20 years in real estate sales, Charlotte uses her experience to give sellers the best advice in the home sale process. Charlotte has been the top producing agent at Realty Center/GMAC and while at RE/MAX Properties was awarded the honor of being in the top 5 agents in Kentucky and Tennessee. In addition, she earned the Platinum Club, RE/MAX Hall of Fame and Chairman’s Club awards for sales production. Charlotte is currently associated with Keller Williams at the Greater Downtown Realty location. Charlotte holds the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) designations as well as the CSP (Certified Sales Professional) designation for the National Home Builders Association. Charlotte was voted ‘Most Professional’ by her peers and has sales in excess of $165 million in the Chattanooga area. Charlotte has been married for 30 years to Steve Mabry and they have one son, Stephen.
As a selling agent for the team, Rachel can assist you with all areas of your home purchase. She is a member of the Chattanooga, Tennessee, and National Association of Realtors. Rachel has also earned her Accredited Buyers Representative designation. Her sales exceeded $5 million last year. Rachel’s enthusiasm for her job and her desire to succeed seem to have no limits. She has an endless supply of energy and is willing to work all hours to make the process of buying a home hassle-free. Rachel also has a degree in nursing from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and prior to joining the Charlotte Mabry Team, was an emergency room nurse. She is an actively involved member of Ooltewah United Methodist Church. Rachel is married to Bob Bruner and they have three sons, Sam, Alex and Nicholas.
As a selling agent for the team, Melissa Pritchett handles all aspects of your home purchase or sale – from contract to a successful closing. Melissa has been licensed since 1996 and joined Keller Williams and The Charlotte Mabry Team 3 years ago. Melissa utilizes the latest technologies, market research, and business strategies to exceed your expectations when helping you buy or sell your home. Melissa’s sales exceeded $3.6 million last year. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and prior to her real estate career she was a loan officer in corporate and international banking. Melissa is a member of First Centenary Methodist Church and actively volunteers at her daughter’s schools. She has two daughters, Seaton and Lauren.
As a selling agent for the team, Wendi will work hard not only to find the perfect home for you but to professionally handle every last detail for you from contract to close. Wendi is a native of Chattanooga, TN and has been licensed in real estate since 2003. She is a member of the Chattanooga, Tennessee, and National Association of Realtors. She was formerly with Crye-Leike Realtors and a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club prior to joining the team. She is a graduate of The University of Tennesse and obtained her degree in English and Communications. Prior to her Real Estate Career, Wendi had a 12 yr. career in the banking industry. She is a member of St. Luke United Methodist Church. Wendi is married to Bobby Stott and they have three children Adam, Brent and Kell.
As the newest member of the team, Steve joins us as a selling agent. He has earned his CRS, GRI designations and also has his Broker’s license. Steve has been in real estate for 25 years. He is a member of the Chattanooga, Tennessee and National Associations of Realtors. Steve is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the home as he was a Tennessee residential contractor before joining the Charlotte Mabry Team. Steve is an active member of Clear Creek Church of Christ. Steve is married to Terri and they have 5 grown children and 4 grandchildren.
As Listing Coordinator for the team, Amy uses her organizational skills and attention to details to keep the office running smoothly. She is responsible for handling all day to day activity on all our listings, marketing our listings and keeping our websites up to date. Prior to joining the Charlotte Mabry Team, Amy worked in the title company business where she worked as a Closing Assistant. Amy is married to Matt Mullins and they have one daughter, Madison.
As Closing Coordinator, Sandra is responsible for handling the closings and the daily organized contact for both buyers and sellers. Sandra works with our customers to make sure their closing goes as smoothly as possible. Prior to joining the Charlotte Mabry Team, Sandra worked for over 20 years in the real estate field. She is excited to expand her knowledge and skills with the Charlotte Mabry Team. Sandra is married to Mark Shapiro and has two daughters and four granddaughters.
